OHS Class Of 1984 Photos

     The following pictures were taken at Dakota Street Pizza in Sutherlin on Saturday, January 23, 2016, and posted on my Facebook timeline.     While it was referred to as an Oakland High School Class of 1984 "reunion," the primary purpose of the impromptu gathering was a group of my classmates wanting to get together to socialize with me, the "guest of honor." (lol)

GOING TO DAKOTA STREET PIZZA SHORTLY...
Seven people shared a link on my Facebook timeline, regarding a news story that KPIC-TV aired about my "get-together" at Dakota Street Pizza in Sutherlin.
I went ahead and deleted the identical entries from my Facebook timeline, but I re-posted them on my blogspot ("KPIC-TV News Story On Upcoming Social") so that I could preserve all of the nice comments that people posted.smile emoticon
Someone stopped by, asking me if I needed a ride to tonight's gathering in Sutherlin. Fortunately, I can still drive, but I was very overwhelmed and touched by the compassion of that person and others.

Monte Muirhead Dad got me hooked on Pepperoni and Black Olives. Laurie often liked Canadian Bacon and Pineapple, so when we went out as a family of four, we would usually get a Giant half and half of those two combinations. smile emoticon
